Equipment Details
The tour price does not include equipment hire. You will have to supply your own bicycle (we recommend a good quality and well maintained road bike) and all clothing. Please note that it is law to wear a helmet whilst bicycling in Australia.

Meals/Food
Price include lunch each day and snack food (fruit, sweets, drinks etc) during the day plus breakfast and dinner. Your health and well-being is important to us and we aim to cater to all dietary requirements.

Upon receipt of your online booking, a copy of your details will be forwarded to you. To confirm your reservation, please return the completed booking form with a deposit of $500 per person. Balance is required 6 weeks prior to departure. Upon receipt of your form, Island Cycle Tours will reserve a space on the trip of your choice and take the deposit. Trip notes will be sent out after payment of the final invoice is received.

Payment can be made by direct deposit, Cheque, VISA or Mastercard. Once you submit this form, you will be contacted within 24 hours with confirmation of the details of your booking request.

By submitting this form, all participants agree to the terms and conditions applicable to this tour, and indemnify Island Cycle Tours from liability arising from this tour. Further details are found on www.islandcycletours.com. Island Cycle Tours requires travel insurance for international travellers. Minimum number of participants is 10, maximum is 40.
